Suitable for non prestigious,
low traffic sites or areas in partial shade. This blend is slower to establish
than a ryegrass based mixture but the resulting turf will produce far less leaf
in the growing season. If sowing in the summer months it may be necessary to maintain a moderate level of soil
moisture during dry weather until these fine leaved grasses become well established
or sufficient rainfall returns. For faster and more uniformed establishment sow at the higher rate onto a well prepared seedbed. The resulting turf may be maintained at 1- 3 inches or topped 2- 3 times a year.
