Description

Fast establishing Grassland Reinstatement grass seed is ideal for repairing damaged or trashed ground. Pasture grass destroyed by heavy machinery can also be repaired quickly. Use this mixture following excavations for road construction, pipeline installation or other similar groundwork. It will protect and bind reinstated soil together for stablity and to mantain valuable nutrients. Quick coverage will help minimise erosion and reduce mineral loss from the otherwise exposed, fallow earth. Once established, the same binding root action of the grasses can help reduce the impact of surface water until the natural drainage is restored within the soil structure.

Weed Suppression: Initial ground cover and grass density may be increased by applying at the higher sowing rate. This may also be applicable when applying Grassland Reinstatement by hand, More seed is often applied if the seedbed is out of season or a little course/unevenly prepared.
