We will not replace goods or issue refunds for lost or stolen items post delivery. GSS Direct Ltd will only use personal information to administer a purchase i.e. to provide the products and services requested from us.
However, your address and contact details are passed on to the following carriers (and their sub-contractors): DPD, APC, Parcelforce, ParcelMonkey and/or Palletline who may contact you via Text message, Telephone or Email for the purpose of delivering our products.

DELIVERY TIMES
We always do our very best to mix, pack, label, dispatch and deliver orders in a timely manner however, delivery times are an estimated value only.
GSS DIRECT LTD (The Grass Seed Store) does not offer a guaranteed next day, timed, weekend, bank holiday or an international delivery service.
Orders placed before 1.00pm will usually be dispatched the same working day unless otherwise stated/notified.
We aim to sort out occasional delivery issues as quickly as possible. A partial or complete refund may be offered if a resolve cannot be found within a reasonable time frame.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS & COSTS
All online, mail and telephone orders are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations which allow a customer to cancel any purchase within seven working days from the day the item/s are delivered.
We do allow up to 28 days for returns but as all of our goods are technically perishable, this time frame can not be extended.
Should any item/s be damaged in any way during transit from GSS Direct Ltd  to your stated delivery address, please refuse to accept delivery of the entire or damaged part/s of the consignment. The carrier will automatically return the relevant item/s to us at GSS Direct Ltd completely free of charge. We will either replace the consignment (or the damaged part/s of it) or issue a full refund for the returned item/s usually within 2 working days.
It is the buyers responsibility to check weights and mixture contents (listed on the green DEFRA label stitched to each bag) before opening. Any issues will usually be resolved within 2 working days.
Only unopened items still sealed with the official green DEFRA label (where applicable) may be returned.
We do not accept returns or issue full or partial refunds on any product that has been opened beyond the outer packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right not to fund the cost of returning any/all item/s of correct orders which have been accepted, signed for and subsequently cancelled.

*PRIVACY POLICY
We only hold customer details for direct contact by GSS DIRECT LTD (The Grass Seed Store) regarding a current or previous purchase.
No credit/debit card details are stored on any computor or database by GSS Direct Ltd in any way in connection with online or telephone purchases.
Credit or debit card numbers taken during telephone orders do not leave the premises and all details are destroyed immediately after payment is taken.
Online payments are via SagePage and/or PayPal only.
We do not use customer details (past or present) for any further marketing and contact data will not be passed on to any third parties other than relevant delivery companies (please see top of page).
We do not send email newletters, updates, offers, compititions or hard copy advertising.
Cookies are used to monitor how visitors navigate our webstore in connection with the Google Ads network and your IP address is recorded during site navigation and the checkout process.
